| Are you a bright, enthusiastic and dedicated student/researcher? The ReDAS Lab has openings for research assistant positions at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The positions involve: (i) Social Engineering Attacks and Opinion Spam Detection research, or (ii) Security and Privacy Analytics, or (iii) web development and system administration.
A strong academic record coupled with excellent practical skills (especially Python, Software versioning and Good Software Development Practices) and passion for cybersecurity is a must for the positions. Data Analytics (Machine Learning, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing, Statistics) experience is a plus. Note that graduate research assistants must do a computer science thesis or dissertation on a related topic under my supervision.
